These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 66zz7 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of 66zz7, including all games, betting services, promotions, and related features available at 66zz7.bio.

By creating an account, placing a bet, or using any feature of 66zz7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

1. Eligibility & Age Verification

2. Account Registration & KYC

To place bets or access real-money games on 66zz7, you must create a registered account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension without prior notice.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method. This may include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account).

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

66zz7 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in BDT. We do not accept cash payments or transactions through unverified third-party agents.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to our verification process.
• Processing times for withdrawals may vary between 1-5 business days depending on the payment provider and verification status.
• 66zz7 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment reversals will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of all associated funds. 66zz7 cooperates fully with relevant financial institutions and authorities in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

66zz7 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions unless the individual promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• A minimum rollover (wagering requirement) applies to all bonuses before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier is stated on each individual offer page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable, and may not be exchanged or sold to any third party.
• 66zz7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.

If a player is found to be abusing bonus systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using bonus funds from different accounts in coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting promotional loopholes — 66zz7 will void all associated bonuses and winnings and may permanently close the account.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

66zz7 offers a wide range of games including cricket betting, live casino tables, slot machines, crash games (such as Aviator), and fishing games. Each game category operates under its own specific ruleset, which is displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the rules for that game.

The following fair-play principles apply to all games and betting markets on the platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or live dealer processes. No outcome can be influenced by 66zz7 staff or third parties.
• Cricket betting odds and markets are determined by our sportsbook engine. Bet settlement follows the official match result as published by the governing cricket authority (e.g., ICC, BCB).
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during gameplay, 66zz7 will use server-side logs to determine the game state at the point of disconnection. Bets already settled prior to disconnection stand as final.

6. Responsible Gaming

66zz7 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. We strongly encourage players to set personal limits on their deposits, losses, and session durations to help maintain control over their gambling activity. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 66zz7 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Money laundering, structuring, or any attempt to use 66zz7 as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Use of automated bots, scripted actions, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion, match fixing, or coordinated betting strategies intended to manipulate market outcomes.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

66zz7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, or a player's own self-exclusion request.

Upon account termination, any balance remaining in the account will be reviewed by our compliance team. Balances that are verified as legitimately earned (i.e., free from bonus abuse, fraud, or policy violation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all KYC requirements are met. Balances under review will be held during the investigation period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66zz7, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.

66zz7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or events beyond our reasonable control (including internet outages, force majeure events, or regulatory changes) may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using 66zz7, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. We apply SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your information. We do not sell or rent personal data to unaffiliated third parties. 11. Amendments to These Terms

66zz7 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of 66zz7 immediately and, if applicable, close your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 66zz7 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be submitted to 66zz7's internal disputes team for resolution. Should the dispute remain unresolved after 30 days, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. Nothing in this clause limits a player's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their own country of residence.
